Duties:

Conduct inspection of delivered parts/verify compliance with required specifications;

maintain accurate documentation for assembled/shipped products. Track/manage customer

complaints, coordinate follow-ups. Procure raw materials by coordinating with

domestic/international suppliers to maintain consistent inventory levels. Review/reconcile

supplier invoices, addressing any discrepancies/disputes. Resolve customer issues quickly

and efficiently. Provide customer service support, including preparing cost

estimates/timelines/follow ups. Assist in basic bodywork operations, including mounting and

de-installation of vehicle parts. Support the preparation of vehicles for painting by

masking/sanding/cleaning surfaces.

Requirements: Requires a (2) years of experience with experience in handling supplier

invoices, material procurement/assembly, and customer service.
